Sugar was rescued from an abusive home by a caring couple. They are not able to keep Sugar. She was hit by a motorcycle and she was not taken to the vet for treatment. So her broken pelvis healed out of alignment and the broken femur has also healed.  She uses the leg some, but when she runs, she does the ole 3 legged run. The hip joint does move ok for now.  She is heartworm positive. Sugar got all of her shots today and needs to be spayed soon. She is a sweet and frightened girl, who needs medical help and a loving home to call her own. She is a fast runner and you have to keep hold of her or she will be gone. We will let you know more about her as we find out more information. Please consider being a sponsor for Sugar!!
