4/23/10- Adopted and family paying for heartworm treatment.

2/24/10- Castle was neutered today and ready for his foster home to gain lots of weight!!

2/22/10- Sweet Castle was rescued from a small town city shelter before being euthanized. He was trapped by Animal Control after reports of being seen around a school area and the owner never showed up. He is very skinny, is heartworm positive, and will be neutered on 2/24/10. He will need to gain weight before he can have heartworm treatment. He is a very nice boxer who loves people and not bothered by dogs or cats. He will be absolutely gorgeous when he gets to his true weight. His eyes are beautiful and tells his sad story. We need to put a smile on his face with lots of love. He is at the vet in boarding and needs a good foster home to fatten him up and love, love him!! Of course the ultimate is his forever home.....

We are not a shelter or pound. We don't have a facility. We are all volunteers who love the Boxers. We have jobs and families and don't have "regular business hours". For this reason, we don't show the dogs until an application has been submitted. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt a Boxer, but it does tell us that your interest in rescue is serious. We thank you for being considerate of our time and efforts.
