Castle

A Rescues Story (FOR CASTLE) You wonder what its like To be on the streets alone. You have no family And have no forever home. You see I have been there I was thrown away. So sick I almost died Sad, alone and always afraid. I was starving, my stomach hurt The traffic went by, no one helped. I looked like a skeleton walking along No one wants me, that’s how I felt. I have walked all day, no where to go So very tried, I must sleep, I have an angel that guides me He holds my paw, so I won’t weep. It’s a new morning and a special day Found my forever home, I’m on my way. My name is Castle, this is my story BoxArRescue placed me in my home, Hearts full of love, touch of a hand Always spoke to in a soft tone. In my new home Where I am now Lead my an angel, Placed by a soft hand My sweet Auntie Fran I am loved so much, treated like a king I am still sick from living on the streets. My Mom holds me tight, sometimes she cries Her heart would be broke if I was to die. Please don’t forget us, so many wait Just open your heart and your home, So alone will not be our fate. Breezie
Breezie

Hi My name is Bilbo and I'm going to be five years old in June. I am a very lucky dog!! I met Mom and Dad four years ago when BoxAR brought my brother and me to Memphis for a pet adoption fair. It was love at first sight and when Sandy took me to their house to meet my big sister, Lacey, it was a perfect fit! Lacey said "I am the boss around here" and I rolled over onto my back and said "fine by me." Lacey and I were inseparable for four years and when we lost her to cancer, Mom, Dad and I were all very sad. It was no fun playing with my toys without a sister. Mom and Dad couldn't even coax me into running any more. I was very depressed and lonely. Mom and Dad contacted BoxAR and found Breezie. She loves to run with me around the backyard. We both enjoy playing tug-of-war with the toys in our toy box and napping next to Mom and Dad on the couch. Of course she's young (a year old) and has a lot to learn, but Mom and Dad and I are working on teaching her. She's almost figured out that Mom's shoes are not chew toys, that counter-surfing is not allowed, and that doing what Mom and Dad want earns treats. Now, if she'd just figure out that digging under the fence is not allowed, she'd be perfect. We are all four very glad that BoxAR is so good at matching up lonely boxers and families with love to give. Ken and Jeannette add their very heartfelt thanks!

Carly
Carly

Our little girl found a new home just in time for Christmas. Alice and Odis are so excited and happy to have her. She even has a new brother Buddy. I was told she even has Christmas presents to open Christmas day! She will be much loved and cared for by these awsome folks.

Millie
Millie

Today Millie has a home of her own! Mark, Diane and their 3 boys now have a new family member to watch the Super Bowl with tomorrow - don't forget the popcorn please. She also has a new playmate named Zoey and we're sure they will get along together just fine. Thank you so much for choosing one of our very special girls!

Petey, Deceased
Petey, Deceased

Poor Petey! Somebody was very cruel and he had a bullet wound to his testicle. Can you imagine the pain he was in? Well, he has been neutered and is doing well. He's a young'un and will be a lot of fun for the right family. BoxAr is proud to announce that Petey was adopted! His foster family fell in love with him and Petey fell in love with their son. It is official Petey says, he is in his forever home!
